intake is said to produce up to 8hpthere have been claims of 5 from exhaust, but it's highly doubted by mostboth might equal 12.gee, is that good enough?try the search function!!!!

my question was valid.... i do not need ricer comments... i am sorry, but a mod should trim this.... also i did do a search and nothing relevant came up...
Well an estimated guess... intakes add anywhere from 4-8HP and exhausts (I could be wrong) add about the same. In theory without seeing any dyno gains, would imagine at least a 10 HP gain. I was watching some tuner show that dyno'd their project Honda (go figure) before and after intake and exhaust install. It had about a 20HP gain and more response from better torque. Now I could be wrong but I was informed by a Viber that the exhaust actually decreases low end torque...

Just having some fun! I know your question was valid and I would say Intake(SR=5-7, CAI=7-10) Exhaust(Axel-Back=5-7, CatBack=7-10). So like Mavrik stated you could see gains from 10-20hp for both.P.S.- Most manufacturers will state estimated gains on their websites.

And the rest were just having fun. No one said YOU were a ricer, which is obviously not the case since most of US have the same mods.DV had it about right.
Don't think weight has anything to do with HP, but if you can find a way to trim off 500 lbs (from the car, not yourself, but that might help too ) you should be doing 0-60 mph in 7 sec like the MR2.

If you want a huge gain in HP, do intake, header, exhaust, cam and unichip.A cat back exhaust will not get you much more than sound, a little under WOT. The intake is the best bang for the buck here. If intake, header and exhaust, you will see a lot there! Reason being, the engine will breath better and the faster it comes in the faster it goes out. A big air pump is really all it is...
