at 70 000 km, I was starting hearing the typical "change me!" noise from my front brakes. I replace them with OEM pieces, but now I still hear the noise on medium and hard breaking. Any comments?
They could just be "seating"...did you install semi-metallic pads? If so, they'll always squeel a little bit. I have EBC Greenstuffs, and they squeek a under light braking

Any comments?Did you get your rotors cut when you replaced the brakes? or Did you clean the calipers and rotor?
A bartender is just a pharmacist with a limited inventory.
I didn't install the new brakes myself. I went to Goodwrench, asked them to change oil and install new brakes in front. they asked if I wanted semi-metallic, and I said no cause I don't want the noise coming with it. so all I know is that they put Toyota's pieces and they brought my galipers and dics somewhere to do something with them and brought them back to complete the install. I gonna have to repaint the galipers SO still have the noise with medium and hard braking...
