I was doing some research, and if I'm not mistaken the state law does not allow ANY tint on the front driver/passenger windows right? I wonder how much tint you can really get away with? Why don't you take one out for a drive yourself and make notes on the rpm shift points for 2nd and 3rd as well as the shift kick downs.After you make the observation then you will understand what a shift pattern is.
