don't worry about the clips. I have had my panels off twice now and they haven't broken yet. Just be careful. The clips on the vibe are much stronger than the ones that were on my 97 malibu.

got it all figured out guys! It was 30 amp maxi fuse next to the fuse box behind the drivers side instrument panel. Thats a load off my shoulders.

I have heard that a lot of people on here are using the silver star ultra bulbs, they are like 30 bucks online why not give them a try? I plan on getting a pair for my 08 vibe.

The power window fuse is fine. All of the fuses in the drivers side fuse box have been checked with a test light. There are 3 relays next the fuse box behind the instrument panel that I can't get to and one of them in the power window fuse. There are 2 30 amp relays and one 40 amp.

Alright guys I was dumb and installed new speakers in my 08 vibe. I have to make a wooden ring to mount the speakers, used a self tapping screw and ran through some wires on my drivers side door. I pulled the wires out and tapped them up and fixed the short. Now the windows still wont work but there...
