Hi everyone, I've been a vibe owner for three years now. I've always been a big audio nut in my town for years beyond my vibe! I change stereo systems out of my car every 6 months when I get bored with the current setup, and I have had predominately Pheonix Gold, Audiobahn, Lanzar, Kicker, and just ...

Re: (northvibe)

the engine had a 90 day warranty on it...but it's been past 90 days now...the mechanic was a retired GM mechanic that offered to do it for 200 bucks...his son works for my mom... I know what you're thinking, but I don't have the money to take it to a Pontiac garage.

Okay...yesterday I replaced the top O2 sensor behind the engine, and cleaned the mass air flow sensor with the recommended spray fluid...when I did this I had to take off the neg. battery terminal, and of course the engine light went out...took it for a test drive on the highway and up the mountains...

It worked! I can't believe I did that...I was wondering though if there was a way I could hook up both the L and the H together...when I got the horns, they were connected with a Y wire, clips like the Vibes on each of them, but the wire that runs down to wherever that wire goes was severed without ...

if it is a rear main seal leak...is it a costly repair? Or is it something I can get fixed for relatively cheap? I don't like the red color behind the steering wheel where you see your MPH, gas guage and RPMs. I want to make them blue. How do I do this?

Re: Low Fuel Economy; Low Power (Entelodont)

if it was the Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve, is it something that I could replace fairly easy? If it's not obvious enough, I don't have a lot of money to take to the shops anymore (I already spent close to 2 grand in repairs already). I don't mind spending another 100-200 bucks on a needed part if...
