How to perform the big three upgrade

Hi all.I have a nice system set up and need to perform the big three upgrade on my 03 vibe base moon and tune car here's what I got:Pioneer avh p4200 DVD w/ iPod cable2 jl audio 13.5 inch w3 v3 2 ohm subs1 jl audio slash 1000.1 v1 ampSealed enclosure box built to jl's specs 4 guage wire running to optima yellow top battery100 anl fuse at battery.Upgraded alternator to 185 amps.Now I have Memphis 0 guage wire already cut to length and ready to replace as soon as I get the distribution blocks needed to convert 0 gauge to 4 guage at the amp. But I need to know how to do the big three. Bat neg. to engine block and bat pos. to alternator specifically. A

just wondering where did you get your 185 amp alt from? max i have found has been 145 for a 2003. for a 2009 i can find above that

Also, can anyone tell me why my tweeters aren't working with my new headunit?

I assume you have aftermarket component speakers hooked up.The tweeters hook to a crossover unit along with the midbass speakers. the Crossover also either hooks directly into your headunit or to an amp.If this is how it is hooked up do the midbass speakers work? Also does your head unit support multiple preamp outs? Nevermind, I see you have a moon and tunes sytem. I know nothing about this setup.
