Original hood, but its the first time its seen UV rays lolHere's the full side pic of the car from an angle. The majority of the graphic is towards the front of the car hehe looks a bit better in person actually

I know look at the gaps on mine Thats the top of the headlight housing which you shouldn't be able to see but the hood is like half an inch short

The one for the matrix doesn't fit I asked a while back, its because of the dang roof rack, so the door for the matrix actually opens slightly differently near the top. I looked into trying to do this a while back and concluded you either need to get the roof rack caps for this to try a retro fit or...

I re-routed the power from the outlet to my glove box and soldered a new end onto it that is easier to plug into so it powers my Xbox and 7.5" LCD just fine granted it only gets used for long trips when a passenger is board and wants to watch a movie/play xbox

I had the same problem I emailed Linda 3 times in the last 2 weeks with not one reply, guess I will call tomorrow. I bet they are ignoring us because they know we are all gonna try to get our hoods replaced

Depends I would say in general a NO kit is better for show since you can get color coordinated nozzles and stainless steel braided hoses with colored fittings. A turbo will give you the most usable day to day power without having to refill a NO tank, however, unlike some cars you will not be able to...

It does get a little stiff sometime times if you are going way fast for 4th gear (like shifting to 4th when going 90) which can be fixed by rev matching, so I'm gonna say it probably is some issue with the synchro not lining up very well

Lol I have awesome luck too so the guy the in the room next to mine burnt down his room with a halogen light and caused smoke dmg to my room and now parts of my hood are covers it soot I think mine will have haze problems too so I might just clean the soot off and send it back to them for a new one ...

how are they no lighter? the stock hood is made out of heavy aluminum I would think fiber glass is still lighter than that

Lol I guess its a good thing my hood is sitting in my poorly lit room still semi wrapped in the foam stuff until summer, I should have them pay for shipping it back so they can put the UV crap on before the hood starts to look like **** if possible. Btw I don't think we have "rolled" edges...

Picked up my hood though I probably won't put it on until June It does appear you got the short end of the stick again Jason, from what I could tell my clear coat looked almost perfectly clear (though I could be mistaken because I was looking at it in my dark room).

That sucks Merz, you should call JSP earlier in the morning (they are more likely to pick up then) and harass them and if needed have them call BAX Global or whatever shipping company they used for you and find out where the heck your hood is

No sure if the front clips are interchangable however most of the body paneling for the vibe and matrix are not interchangable. The hood on the vibe and matrix are different so you can't replace the front unless you replace the hood, same thing goes for the headlight, they are definitely different. ...

So then if the amp is busted it CAN cause the fuses to blow on a regular basis? But would the amp have split second drain of power like no other and cause all the electronics in my car to hesitate for a half second?I may try to just totally rewire everything tomorrow from battery back, I really hope...

I looks like its a 10 or 20 ohm resistor with +/- 5% tolerance based on the stripes, but I can't tell if the first stripe is red or brown so i can't tell if its 1 or 2. I'm gonna go try to pick a couple up from radio shack tomorrow morning.What happens if you charges it like I did which was just hoo...

Is it possible to "break" the bulb? Because it doesn't seem to want to light up when I put the contacts for it on teh + and - sides of the cap (that could be why it didn't light up when I was trying to charge it in the beginning as well)
