Voltz Badges

Ok, this is a dorky question. But does anyone know where I can find Toyota Voltz badges that I can replace my Vibe badges with. I've tried Ebay to no avail. There's no real purpose in wanting to change mine other than to confuse people. Thanks dudes.

Re: 400+ miles to a tank!!!!!! (jackospades)

My personal best was 421 miles on the tank. Probably about half with a/c on too. Kinda sucks that is was all highway driving and I used it all in one weekend. These are good mpg's relative to other cars, but something tells me that these car manufacturers can do a lot better than that. Even with plai...

Re: What did you name your car? (Pablo1669)

OK this is really weird. Over the past few days I've been trying to think up a name for mine. I have it narrowed down to two choices. They are, and this is where it gets weird, Amélie or Titan. Both are close to names up there ^.Amélie after the quirky girl in the quirky movie. Titan after a moon o...

There's also the CarChip at http://www.davisnet.com/drive/products/carchip.asp.I haven't used it, but it seems to be getting some good reviews around the net: http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=n ... +reviews.A bit more expensive though. Good luck!

Re: Progress rear sway bar installed (cohocarl)

Thanks. I'll have to try that tonight. Now should I try to unscrew the nut or the bolt? I'm thinking the nut but it looks like it's harder to get at.

Re: Progress rear sway bar installed (Space_Cowboy)

I'm pretty sure the GT uses the same bar as the base. Don't know about the alignment though.Mine just came in today and I'm going to install it as soon as I figure out how to get those bolts out. Anybody have any tips?

Lowering Springs Questions

I'm thinking about getting some SpringTech lowering springs. They say they lower about 1.75 inches. I'm wondering if this will be ok with my stock struts. At this point I don't want to get new struts. The main reason I want the springs is for better handling, the looks are just a plus. So what I'm as...

I think I'll have to try that. I love spending a couple hours on a Saturday morning making my Vibe look good.On another note, does your Ocean Breeze air freshener smell like salt water and dead fish?

My mom just did a deal with her Chrysler dealer for regular oil changes for the entire time she owns her PT Cruiser for $180.Not too bad of a deal, but I like doing my own.

Re: First ticket in over 3 years! (Susky)

I've got the Neptune two-tone. But it was more like 3-tone. From top to bottom the colors were Neptune>White>Grey. The white was from all the salt on the road.

Re: First ticket in over 3 years! (silverawd26)

Well counting this as 2 tickets (speeding & DWLS), I've had a total of 4 tickets in my 8 years of driving. The ticket they didn't have a record of me paying was for going through a stop sign and my first was 30 in a 25 (Downtown Plymouth, MI).-valjean

First ticket in over 3 years!

This past weekend I was taking my first 100+ mile trip in my 3 week old Vibe. I got stopped for doing 87 in a 70. Fortunately the cop only gave me a 10 over ticket, which is only 1 point on the freeway. But when he looked up my record, it showed that I got a ticket in December of '99 and that it was...

Re: Insurance rates? (03Vibe5speed)

Mine is about $91/mo. In July it will go up to $101/mo. I have AAA Michigan insurance. I'm 24, I have multi-car discount for the household, and I get it discounted because of automatic checking account deduction.-valjean
