I get this problem all the time. Almost every time I drive through deep snow. Alls it takes is just a little piece of ice stuck to the inside of the wheel (think of how small your wheel wieghts are) to cause a vibration. And this is the first car ive ever had this happen on too.

Some of the early 05s may not be drive by wire. Check under your hood to see if there is a throttle cable or not. Quiet a few 05awd/4wd owners have reported on having a cable. Havent heard of any 2wds with a cable yet.

This is an interesting development. If true that some 05s have drive by cable then perhaps the CAI and SC will work on those cars.

It should be staying in 3rd gear until the car warms up. Once the car gets close to operating temperature it will shift into fourth. The transmission is programed that way so the car warms up properly and you will not harm anything by driving it cold.

It is the headlight switch AND the relay. Dealer will fix. For a temporary fix, when you shut the car, make sure your headlight switch is off and turn your highbeams on. This will shut off the low beam circuit.

Hi guys, what everyone is saying is correct. Keep in mind there is no SC out for the 05s yet, so for now it will not work. Also don't forget "vup"(his name is different on here)(teammonkeys?) has a SCawd Vibe.Unless you beat the cr@p out of you car I don't see why the 4wd tranny/drivetrain...

We are planning a Breakfast Pre-meet at I-HOP on Rt17. Starting at 10:00am. This will work out well for anyone staying at a hotel in that area.

My understanding is that because the 05s utilize a "drive by wire" throttle control, they (TRD) needs to make some changes in the set up. And who knows how long that will take.
