I need a new trim plate for my driver's door. The controls for my windows and locks work fine, but two of the tabs on the back of the trim plate got broken off, so it's not sitting securely in the door.I have a 2005 Vibe AWD. I see it here for like $40 ($55 with S&H), but that seems pricey. http...

If your HU has preamp outputs, couldn't you wire those directly to the monsoon amp, without having to use the Scosche converter? Wouldn't the sound be better doing things this way?
