FWD and winter tires for me on my '09 GT. I had winter tires on my 2000 Sunfire for the 8 years I had it and it drove better than my Rav 4 or Jimmy even did in the winter. And I drive into Buffalo for work so I know snow!

I just got my Christmas present from the bf early - a set of Hankook Winter Pike tires 215/55R16's for my '09 GT. No tire sensors so I'll have to live with the light on but I don't mind!

I love the shifter - first because I always wanted a manual but couldn't do the clutch. And second I think it will be great in the winter as I always downshifted my Sunfire to stop and start.If makes driving a lot of fun - except when I accidentally bump it down
