Best of Sirius package

Post by plarval »

I had a Sirius plug and play unit. I like Sirius better (Nfl + Howard Stern + a few music channels). Anyway, they are now offering a "Best of " Sirius package that you can order for your xm head unit. I did, and cancelled my Sirius subscription. It's an extra $4 a month. Not the best solution for my new '09, but at least now I have Howard Stern coming from my head unit for a more stock look.

I was interested in the Best of XM package for the public radio content, lots of good shows I enjoyed that *used* to be on Sirius until the PRI channel was dropped. But I can't bring myself to shell out the extra four bucks a month on stuff I get the podcasts for free anyway. It's cool that they're doing this for all subscribers who would be interested.

I totally agree on the music. So I'm sticking with my Sirius plugged into the Aux outlet. I take the unit in to work and listen there too so I couldn't justify paying for another radio.I haven't found one music channel on XM I like.Wonder what happened to letting you pcik the channels you wanted like they first talked about when they merged.
