it doesn't seem like they should be worn out by now, but going 40 mph it picks up the bumps from the concrete seems worse than I would like. anybody else experience this, should I replace the shocks?

excuse my ignorance. but I just bought my vibe a couple of days ago. and it needs new blades all around. I got the fronts replaced, but how does the rear one come off? Do I just need to just remove the rubber portion itself? or can I take it off like the fronts?
