On the topic of swapping out rear drums for the standard GT discs: I assume if you have all the parts this is fairly straightforward, but are the master cylinders the same on a base and a GT? If not you'd have to swap out the master cylinder also.

I agree with TritonGT. The throttle body on the base Vibe is tilted up at a slight angle whereas the throttle body on the supercharger is almost exactly horizontal and perhaps a bit further to the right overall. You will need a new intake with the supercharger.
