Re: Rough idle (kevera)

could be a lot of things but the easy things todo would be clean the MAF and change the PCV valve. some MAF cleaner and a new valve would be ony around $20there are enough guides on this site to tell you how todo it

Re: (Jeremy96gase)

Not hard to find remove the engine cover and it's in the upper right corneryou'll need a deep socket wrench if you got one not much room around to get a nice "turn" though it can be done without and don't overtighten it

Yep cleaning your MAF should definitly be a more "mainstream" service procedure (as in everybody should do it)Wondering now if i should run through a bottle of injector cleaner (My vibe being pre owned and all)already changed all the fluids in her

Preformance first i guess ^^;;car is in pretty good shape though she needs new filters "cabin and engine" just took a whole forest out of the old ones. i was thinking K&N for the engine but might go CAI because it's not all that more expensive then the drop in around here .

Well i bought my first vibe last week.Be it not a new one but a "used" car it has only 78000Km on it not bad for a 2003.And i must say i love it to death.Lots of room and a nice sporty drive.Time todo some customizing now i think anything you ppl would reccomend getting done ?
