Re: 2nd new Vibe (Admin II)

There is a house in our neighborhood that has had two in the driveway for months. I like my wife's and am thinking of getting one when my lease is up on my TL.

Re: Prevent your rear license plate from scraping the paint... (NSimkins)

What I did was leave the dealer's logo plastic plates on under my real plates. That gave complete coverage under the license plate. I kind of enjoy getting unanticipated use out of a piece of advertising that usually irritates me.Most of the dealers around here have little advertising plates on the ...

> 200, 90 of that was driving it from another dealer. Wish it had been less. I have ordered cars and I like getting a car that noone else has driven. Particularly since I know how I drive the demos and with the gears being so close on this thing. My wife and the sales guy both burned the clutch on t...

That is pretty cool. I am a serious palm user. But what can you do with the information that is logged? It didn't look like you could change anything it was just logging information.

That is kinda funny, a solar powered light. Reminds me of dehydrated water.Just kidding, I know what you are saying. Something that would store the solar power and use it to power the light.Just thought it was funny.

Seems like there are a few people from OH here. I was born in Warren. I was just back there a couple weeks ago. Be back again in 6months or so.I agree about the cops, I have been pulled over in a few states but not like OH. Sat in the back of a few cop cars there.

Re: Heated Seats (RIT)

Place called Erickson's. It is the same place the dealership uses, we just didn't pay their overhead. They did a great job. There is a small button on the lower part of the seat that perfectly matches the plastic. We have had heated seats in all of our cars for a while and these are the warmest.

Re: Just got my GT, hard to make myself rev high enough (d_m_kolb)

Funny thing is the Vibe is our second car. The first is an Acura 3.2 TL. I have no problem taking that up to red line. It just doesn't scream as loud. And it isn't manual so I guess I am absolved of responsiblity if I blow the engine it is the transmission's fault

Just got my GT, hard to make myself rev high enough

I just got my Neptune GT, two-tone, moon/tunes, side air, heated seats (after market). It is a nice car. I am just having a hard time making myself rev this thing high enough. I learned stick in a 66 bug and my last stick was a 83 corolla. I am not used to reving over 3000.Anyone else having trouble...

Re: New Owner (Frosty)

We are having the dealer install them. We are buying it from my nephew so instead of $500 it should cost us $350. This whole car is a great deal. First we get GMS (father works for GM), then there is the $1500 rebate until Oct 31, and we are getting rid of a Olds Bravada so we get $1000 rebate for O...
