Go with a flat glass tube HDTV. They have the clearest screens. They are also the most expensive. LCD never looks as good as flat glass.

I had a VW Passat, and there were all kinds of issues if you replaced the original HU. VW was unable to do diagnostics on my car, and was unable to reset the ECU. They gave me so much crap. I could'nt take it and traded it in for my Matrix.

I wouldn't worry about it. I havn't heard of anyone breaking a sunroof. I did however develop a crack in my windshield, and had no idea where it came from. It is possible that something hit it without my noticing. Anyway, it's since been replaced and good as new.

That is exactly what they said at Toyota. To hard to prove. No worry though, in South Carolina there is no deductible on glass and it does not affect your rates.

As far as I can tell, it just broke. I looked and looked for a place that a rock might have hit it, but found nothing. Neither could the glass guy. I still find it hard to believe that it would just break though.

Well, I got my new windshield installed today. It had developed a 12" crack starting in the bottom drivers side. Insurance covered the whole thing. New windshield looks great. No wind noise or leaking that I can find. Took almost two weeks to get the gasket in to replace it.

Your right. If I squint it almost does look the same . I think a lot of car manufacturers are getting design ideas from other vehicles. With so many on the market, it is no wonder some look the same. And the plastic trim seems to be a big thing at the moment.

The problem is, I see this site as predominantly Vibe. Look at the name. Genvibe. I have a Matrix and have often felt chastised for that on this site. The only reason I am here now is because Matrixowners.com is down.

I agree to each his own. How can it be said that the Vibe looks nothing like other pontiacs? Every Pontiac has the same pointed front end. They all look the same from the front.

I agree, the Mustang is over palyed. Everytime I see one, it is driven by a woman. I think it strange that a "muscle car" is predominantly driven by women. Not that women are bad drivers or shouldn't drive fast cars (which the Mustang isn't)

My Matrix XR came with ABS. I think that the Matrix looks sleek and cool. I think that the vibe is horribly ugly, especially with all that plastic trim. I am shocked that people would buy a Pontiac when they could get a Toyota.

I tend to believe that the matrix will hold better value then the vibe.

Mine does the same thing. It happens in my 99 Tacoma also. Resume is basically useless. I can't understand why it would be set up like this.

I had the same problem in my Matrix. The service department said it was the smell of burning fuel after you really "get on the gas". I told them I wasn't happy with it, it really stinks! They said nothing could be done.

Borla makes an exhaust tip for the Matrix. I would assume it would fit on the Vibe. Toyotaparts4u.com has good prices.

I don't think that that is a production model Matrix. I think it was one of the concept vehicles. Therefore, I am not sure that the spoiler can be obtained. I know you can get one similar to it from Toyota.
