Re: PF Chang's Rocks!! (BlueCrush)

Changs is the best! I have been getting a lettuce wrap or potstickers and then the salt and pepper prawns. I always ask them to make the prawns extra spicy and then drizzle those babies with lime. MMMmmm. I wish they served a good beer, like a Negra Modelo, but the big 22oz Japanese beer they have i...

Best of luck to you on your run! I know running that long so soon after recovering from an injury is no fun. I'm doing a marathon in April and hope to stay injury free until then.I've got a helluva good website for you to check out when you want to start your next run by going for a swim and bike ri...

Re: (Kari)

Wanna hear something sad? I am getting another tattoo that my wife drew for me that I am really excited about getting done, but I have no idea when that will be. I swim every other day and I don't know when I can stand to miss going to the pool for 2 weeks.

Re: Ever have a bad mass air flow sensor? (Baltovibe)

Thanks for posting that thread! I found it at AutoZone for $78. My service place was gonna charge $200. Looks easy enough to install myself too. The car drives fine with the cel on, and the codes indicate the maf as being the culprit. Maybe I'm getting worse gas milage, but otherwise it seems to be ...

I'll find a pic. Mine is sprite and nimble. Seriously, she is the best runner out of my other goofballs and pretty quick. Not so much with bursts of speed but she has endurance. I regularly take her on 5+ mile runs with me and she loves it.

WAY OT - dog rant

Who else has a pack of dogs at home? It is feeding time here at Casa Konabri and the stupid freaking pecking order here is not working. I have a dumb basset hound, a hungry boxer and a great dane puppy. All have different nutritional needs. The dane needs to be on puppy food for another 2.5 months t...

As long as I finish the night drunk and naked it will be a success! I am following up the party with my annual New Year Hangover Run, with the only rules being that the run be done outside and at least 5k. I am hoping this nice St Louis weather continues, but that is foolish wishful thinking methinks.

I was told by a Pontiac service manager that the tranny fluid on a Vibe should be changed every 30K.That doesn't seem like much to me, but my fluid was very dirty at 30K and has needed changing at those intervals.Best of luck,Brian

73,000 miles and first brake work

Got 73K miles on my '03 Vibe. Just took it in for some general inspections and my front pads are needing replacements. Not too bad. I am also replacing all of the rotors, as they are looking like they only have about 6 months left on them.$403 bucks for front pads, rotors and a brake flush. Ouch. I'...

Injen CAI question for those that have one

Here is my situation, and I would greatly appreciate feedback about what my needs are.I do not race my Vibe. I don't care how it performs at a track. I think it is woefully underpowered, and I would love to add a little pickup from going say 0-45, or from 35-65. Hell, even being able not to lose spe...

Thanks. I I felt like such a tool myself today over something that was in the car that I had forgotten was there. I had my Vibe in Best Buy having them install some accesories for my stereo. Congrats and welcome. It is a great sport and hobby that has the potential to completely consume your free time.A tri bike is very different from a mtn bike or a cross bike. They are most similiar to a road bike but two key differences are a steeper seat angle and aerobars. If you are just starting ...

This is my first day on the board here so I am still getting my bearings. Any of you use your Vibe to haul your bikes in? I use my Vibe for lugging my kayak to the lake and taking my bike to group rides all over and going to races. It works perfectly.
