Re: Water leak solved

I had actually stopped the leak prior to this by sealing around the windshield with some windshield sealant it had stopped months ago. It was interesting to actually see why it was leaking though. The area was cleaned up as good as possible before the windshield was installed. The tech said he feels...

Center dash lights not working

My main dash lights work (speedometer etc) but the center lights don't work (radio, heat/ac, gear shifter). The radio works as does the cigarette port. Re: Do you feel your Vibe's A/C is deficient?

My compressor exploded recently. Had to get new compressor and drier. I hoped w a new compressor and full AC service it would work a little better. Nope. Still
works just "ok". Like a lot of ppl have said if you want freezing AC this is not the car for you.

Re: Replaced alternator now all kinds of electrical issues

I have resolved the issue.... the ALT 100a fuse was def blown (I could see this visually). After replacing that (which was a hassle) some things worked again but many still did not (like the dash/instruments). I ended up just replacing ALL fuses (it seemed just as easy as testing each one under the ...

Replaced alternator now all kinds of electrical issues

Hi! I'm new here. I recently bought a 2008 Vibe 1.8 w 106k miles. I have had many issues with it in the first few months and the latest one has me losing my mind. The Battery light came on. Car was still running fine (but stuff like power windows were weak) I had the battery and alternator tested an...
