Re: Windshield wiper mist doesn't always work

Is it easy to replace? I don't know where the pumps are. Thank you!

Windshield wiper mist doesn't always work

My mist usually doesn't work in the front. It works in the back just fine. There's fluid in thee. Sometimes it won't come out. Sometimes if I restart the car it works fine, but not always. Thanks for any ideas on what I can look at (and describe where, as I don't know anything about cars).

Rubbing compound left dull spots - White, single stage paint

So I've been researching a little on how to fix the dull spots left behind when the dealer rubbed out some orange dots that were all over the side of my white 07 Vibe. In my research I found out my car is Single Stage paint, no gloss top coat. Does anyone have a product recommendation to restore shi...

Interesting, thanks! Do you use all those products on the entire car?

But you had to pry off the front right? Was it difficult?

Cannot hear the fuel injectors prime when turned to "on"

In my old car ('99 Olds Cutlass), I would put the key in the ON position for a few seconds before starting it and I would hear the fuel injectors. I thought I heard that once in my new ('07) Vibe, but now that I'm listening for it I don't hear a thing. The car starts just fine though. Could this be ...

What to use to clean and shine the mono bumpers?

I've read some of the threads but I'm not sure what people are calling the plastic bumper parts of the cars that are all one color. My car is white, and in some light the bumper part almost has a yellow tint to it. The part on the back that says Pontiac, where the handle is, is really dull too. What...

Re: light out behind temperature selection knob

So googling this, I found one other person with the same problem. He was told he'd have to replace the whole "A/C control head assembly," but I can't find that part anywhere online. Guess I have to ask a dealer :-(

Upholstery loose on driver's door

Well I missed this nice little defect when test driving my new Vibe. When I got it home, I went to push the door open with my elbow and noticed give. You can push in the upholstery into the door, it isn't attached on the side. It's pretty tight at the pull handle to shut the door from the inside, bu...

Re: Loose glove box and seat back

So I have my Vibe and so far I love it :-) The little stopper arm is there, and it's connected to the box on the bottom but doesn't seem to be on top. Tomorrow when I replace the cabin air filter I'll get a better look. Thanks!

light out behind temperature selection knob

It looks like there might be two lights behind the three knobs for the vent, heat and temperature knobs. The knob on the right, the one where you choose how cold or warm you want the air to blow, is not lit up at night. The other two knobs are lit up fine. Is there a way to fix this?

Where to get mudflaps and do they make white ones?

Thinking of installing mudflaps because one of the Vibes I didn't buy had them on. I forget if it had black or white ones tho! Do they make white ones and if so where to buy?

Re: Loose glove box and seat back

For the glove box, it falls open rather than glides open nicely. Is that the stopper? If so thanks sideshowalan. Where can I order the part? At the time I didn't know what to look for so I don't know if the part is there and broken, or just gone (I haven't taken delivery yet). As for the seat back, ...

Eek! I just bought an 07 with a sunroof. Are these issues common? Are they expensive to fix??

Loose glove box and seat back

Bought a 2007 Vibe today after a second test drive. I noticed that the damper on the glove box is broken or missing...is it also called a stopper? I was able to find a part online called a stopper but not a damper. Also the passenger seat back is loose - when accelerating and stopping you are tossed...
