The subject says it all. My 03 HU crapped out, and I have a line on a brand new 03 6disc HU. Can I unbolt one, and connect the other with no issues. No issues with the factory amp, wires etc.....Again, my 03 has Moon and Tunes package. ThanksRJ

You can go with larger rims just get the correct size tires. As long as you maintain the same, or close, ratio, you can go larger. Its refered to as +1, +2 ect...
