When I hit the RCL button the time displays but that is the only thing that seems to work. Is there a theft deterrent code I need to enter to enable the radio? If not, any idea what...

Two separate mechanics suggested I replace the serpentine belt on my 2006 Vibe with 106K miles on it. I figured it was about time anyway. However, one of the mechanics also said that I needed to replace the tensioner belt or pulley.This seems like overkill to me but I am no mechanic (no even close)....
