06 Radio w/6 CD will not turn on
I started my Vibe today after work and the radio would not turn on. It worked in the morning but not in the afternoon. When I hit the RCL button the time displays but that is the only thing that seems to work. Is there a theft deterrent code I need to enter to enable the radio? If not, any idea what would cause this and how to fix it? Thanks!

Could be a fuse.
The main power for the radio comes from the CIG fuse in the inconvenient to access under dash fuse block, which also powers the 12V outlet in the dash. The radio also gets an always on power signal to let the clock keep time and to power the flashing light when the car is off. Does that light keep flashing when the car is running? Does the 12V power outlet in the dash still work?
The 06 radios do not have any kind of theft deterrent (other than the fake blinking light) and there are no security codes needed.
