tire size question
tire size question
does anyone have 215/45-17 on their cars or should i go with 225's instead if they are available. I know the speedo will be a bit off but i am upgrading to 17 from 16 and want to make sure there is enough clearance. please give input. thanks

IN fact you will be less off with 225 then 215.Stock tire are 24.9 inches diameter. 215 45-17 are 24.6" and 225 45-17 are 25.0".So if I were you, I'd choose 225.
