Dual speakers? Good? Bad?

Does anyone know about the brand name Dual? I went to Best Buy and saw Dual speakers with a blue light in them so when they are hooked up there is a blue light on in the speaker kinda kool but are they any good? Bad?

Sound okay to start, but the subs crap out pretty quick. I installed the dual 12" bandpass box into a Tahoe a few weeks ago, and they apparently died sometime last week. Off the bat, they sound and look pretty good..but i'm not sure about the longetivity.I'd definitely invest in BB's warranty if you want to do something like that...
