I read with interest all the requests for information about customization, especially of exterior appearance. It appears to me as an exercise in a cultural quest for uniqueness. Here we have a vehicle which is different from all others in its own right, as it rolls off the lot, and we're already looking for ways to make each one of them different from the next one! Although, in the course of my travels over the past 7 months, I have only seen one other Vibe, I, too, am already looking for sources for ground effects, spoilers, wings, and lenses. Isn't the North American (US and Canadian) auto owner an interesting variant on the human species? We already express our individuality in the vehicle we drive, and still seek to further diffrentiate ourselves by customizing our gleefully different ride! How long do you suppose it will be before I can start finding the necessary parts to trick out my Vibe?
i don't think that this is unique to north america. you can look at any country where the funds and vehicles are readily available and see customization. i agree that it is a unique vehilce, but we all want to make our own personalities stand out in what we drive.
