Alright I went to the TRD site and the have some nice stuff for the Matrix. So I email them asking if you can use the Matrix stuff on the Vibe and they tell me no. I dont know about you guys but I thought the Matrix was our twin. We share the same exhaust, engine, tranny, etc all execpt the Exterior. So why did these jerks tell me that the I could use the TRD sway bars, strut brace, lowering springs, and exhaust on my car? Do you think they just want Vibe owners to jump over to Toyota? What is the deal?

All I know is that the exhaust fits perfectly and the air filter dropped right in. Don't bother asking them, just post a question on this board and everyone will be more than happy to give you the true and correct answer.

I guess the reason they say that is because of what they can warranty. They can only warranty that this will work on their own cars. I'm sure if GM made specialty parts for the Vibe, they wouldn't offer them for the Matrix. It's more of the official stance of the company then fact Would be like asking AMD if overclocking a PC is supported... LOL Wait, wrong message board
Hey how does the Exhaust sound? Did you see any gain? Also I understand that they develop it for Toyota, but I would be nice for them to also say "Yea we warrenty it for the Vibe also" seeing that they are twins. And if we sit back and wait for Ponitac to develop something like that for our cars guess what it will never happen. See Toyota made the exhaust, sway bar, lowering springs, etc. while pontiac made a cargo net, cargo mat, front end bra, etc. Do we see the different approach?
