Hey all, well, since I own a mobile paintless dent removal business and I've been putting a TON of miles on my '03 GT, I've been tossing around the idea of having my red GT as my personal car and then getting a base model Vibe as my work vehicle, I would get a bigger tax deduction too with a separate Vibe for work, what do you guys think? Should I do it?here is my red '03 GT.

2006 MazdaSpeed6 GT which is for sale if anyone is interested...
then s/c it! whoo hoo!!!!! i really wish i had known you couldn't do much with this dang GT engine when i bot mine! unfortunately i didn't find this site until i just bot the car!
I think it is a smart business decision for several reasons:1) You reduce the depreciation on your personal vehicle2) A base Vibe will get you better gas mileage than your GT3) A base Vibe will get you better gas mileage than most vehicles4) Customized Body Graphics for your Business!Go for it!

ya, but base vibers can turbo or s/c their vibes... so who cares if you can't hit lift? you can hit BOOST! and put out 260 hp!!! and a heck of a lot of torque! for prob the same ammt of money that i've spent on crap for my vibe. as much as i'd love to sink more money into it, i would rather get out of debt and pay it off... then it won't matter what i do to it! i won't have to spend $350/mo for it anymore... can do plenty of fun things to it for that! LOL
i'm talking a turbo... not just the s/c. and you can get a lot more hp w/ a/m engine mgt chips w/ some perf parts with the trd s/c.i'm still waiting to see some dynos from devlop and faultine w/ their turbos! it's gonna be a heck of a lot more hp and torque than the s/c, just over a diff powerbandw/ the gt, from all the posts and readings, the 2zz's compression makes it unsafe to turbo or s/c. you'd have to do all new cams, pistons, etc... and that would cost so much more money than a wrx! so i'd rather get a wrx or that new xt subie lmtd w/ 250 hp and awd!
Well, after much thought, I decided against getting a second Vibe (the dealer didn't have one I liked), so instead I went and got an '04 Dodge SRT4. So now I have an '03 Vibe GT for work (still my baby) and the new Dodge as a secondary vehicle. I'll post pics of both of em soon.
Well, here is the Vibe and the SRT-4, I still think my Vibe has way more eye candy than the Dodge does. The Dodge is very fast and sounds great, but the Vibe just feels much better constructed. They're both a blast though.
Thinking of doing that for my own commercial cleaning business. Use my current Vibe for the Business and use the new one to customize and personal vehicle. I was thinking monotone blue but my wife wants a Fusion Orange. The debate is still going on.

Did you upgrade to the stage 3 turbo kit? That would put you close to 330hp... If I do get it im gonna get the stage 3 kit but its still a thought.....
