Okay, I am back. The dealership looked at it - very quickly. Bottom line - bad unit. They did not give me any reasons as to why it is not working correctly but, hey, its under warranty so, no cost to me. Now, the scary part. The NAV units are on backorder! Thus, I have no radio but I have a Navi and the CD changer. Oh, no timetable on when the replacement unit will be here.I am also wondering if I will get a new disk with this unit once it is installed.Anyways - I will keep you all posted on the progress.
