Finally installed the Magnaflow exhaust!

Post by Roadpig »

I finally did it, I installed the Magnaflow exhaust last Saturday. My brother came down help and we installed in about 1.5hrs. The hardest part is definitely the cut. I used a Sawzall (with a fresh blade), with me holding the exhaust & my brother cutting it.Removing the old exhaust literally takes minutes. When installing the Magnaflow, I used a file to remove some of the burrs left over after the cut, that made it easy to slide the new exhaust on. It looks great, love the tip even though it has a bit of a "bling-bling" factor I love the sound the car makes now! It definitely is an excellent mod and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about it. Also, thanks to this excellent board for helping make a decision. I don't think I would have done it on my own, out of the blue.CAI is next...
