O.K. I thought, hey, let's get some use out of these digital cameras and snap some ricer shots! Pics must be ones that you have took. Accompanied by short description, and where it was found. No linking to pics already out there! We'll all seen the good ones. Let's get some new circulating!I'll start with the KOOLOUT wagon. Got it today, while getting a Coke. It's in Fairfax, VA.
Dear God, that thing is terrible. But I have those same style wheels left over from my Grand Prix. And they're for sale.

I do not even know the guy but he stole mine! probably bought them at the same place I did. They look better on my Vibe anyway. his engine was covered in dirt and he had the hood up at one point talking about putting a cai in there.

One car I see in the lot at school almost everyday is this riced out Mazda Protege. Oh man, it is soo bad! It had fake ~1" dual side exhausts coming out of the front quarter panels, I think a fake hood scoop, ugly hubcaps, exhaust, flames and some other stuff LOL. I will try to get a pic sometime.

Let's try to keep the shots of one's we take ourselves. That way we've got our own database! The neonis great! Classic Rice! Two different rims, clear tails, stickers, wing, poor fitting body, but at least it is painted!Goin gto Tennessee for the Weekend. I'll make a point of it to go Rice Hunting while down there. Always plenty Uncle's Ben' to go around down there! Ah man! Hope this thread can get a sticky!
What does everybody have against ricers? Everybody's always preaching "if it looks good to you, that's all that's important" and then you see threads like this. I though Genvibe members were above this kind of activity. Or maybe I just don't belong here. I guess Fformula88 was right in his previous thread. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=9598 Or maybe we should change the name of the website to genvibericehaters.com

I don't have anything against people who modify their cars in ways that in my opinion look very funny. If that is what they like, then that's just great. I just think it's funny for example, to see a Chevy Malibu with a large aluminum spoiler bolted on the trunk lid with little plastic chrome wheel covers. I see this car almost each day on my way home from work. It's all in fun. I'm not a hater against "ricers", I just find it amusing at times seeing some of the different tastes of car modifications on the roads.Later,

hey, we're all guilty of a little rice. and we're not saying that ALL rice is bad. hell, my plates say rice rocket on them! and eventually if i get a body kit... converted w/ fiberglass patches, it will be a true rice rocket, especially until i get it in the paint shop! LOL. but then, you see someone take a beautiful or perfectly nice looking car and do something terrible like add a 5 ft aluminum wing! it's soooo sad.
This car is almost impossible to find in Iowa City. You could call it the Loch Ness Ricer if you will. You always see it when you don't have your camera. Thankfully a friend of mine snapped a pic of it with his cameraphone. It is a little blurry, but you can make out the double spoiler and see some of the stickers he has plastered all over the car. From what I understand the the owner has a whole bunch of lame crap on the inside too, but with any good legand there is no confermation.
Well there is a ford probe club here in ontario called OPOC or something... everyone tunes up probes but I think that blue one would definatly not fit in lol

The Probe is GREAT!And on the other topic of "Rice Haters" Ya, I hate rice...proud to say it. I love performance 4 cylinders done right. This is just my opinion, as always. Is someone feeling a little Ricer envy?
Ok...I give...I LOVE rice. But that Probe is NOT rice. C'mon it's a domestic car and it has two spoilers. That's just some kind of a joke, right? Please tell me that's either a spoiler that someone set on top of the other spoiler just for the picture or it's been photoshopped.

It is an aftermarket spoiler with a universal spoiler bolted to the top. I have seen him off and on for about the last year. The stickers are new, first time I saw them was in this pic. I might see him once a month on the road and unfortunatly never going in my direction. The day of reckoning is comming, I will find him and post his pathetic excuse of a ricer on the web for all to see in 3.1 megapixel resolution!!!!!! Sorry got a little carried away...

Sorry I neglected my duties as the started of this thread, but hopefully this will hold a little redemption. Found this outside my studio. Classic rice minus the wing. Could have sworn it was a Skyline GTR until I got close to it! Oh boy....maybe I should get a WS6 badge for the Vibe....
And a close-up of the "mods"...Oh ya, the exhaust was the "titanium" finish with the fake heat discoloration...true rice. Also classic example of steel wheels and the benefits they make to the car....or actually the lack there of...
