Well.....she's in the shop finally.

Well....the parts are in....I am back from vacation and my GT is at the dealership as of this morning to have the clutch, presssure plate, and release bearings replaced. It should be done tomorrow. I am anxious to feel the difference with a new clutch assembly. On a side note, they put me in an 04 Grand Am GT for my rental. Nice car. I was possibly thinking about it at the last minute instead of the Vibe GT. I think I am glad I went with the Vibe GT instead. The Vibe is roomier and so far is more fun to drive. Granted, I am in the Grand Am with an automatic rather than my 6 speed. I do like the extra torque the Grand Am has in 0-40 range. With the auto though, it slows down considerably when the tranny shifts at about 40 or so. Punching it at 65 on the highway is sweet .Jim
