Dropping AWD Gas Mileage

Post by RoundUp »

Sorry to add to the numerous posts about gas mileage, but I am really concerned about the trend that I am seeing in my AWD. Here are my graphs. This one shows L/100 km vs. Time

No. Most of my commute is highway. The spikes show when I was doing mostly city driving. I'm not worried about that. What I am worried about is the general trend. I'm gradually consuming more fuel over time. People have been explaining their mileage drop with a drop in temperature over the winter time. I'm not seeing that so much because it's April and it hasn't improved. Plus the A/C was always on max in July and August of last year and that was when I got my best numbers. I regularly change my oil every 5000 to 6000 km.Anyone seeing the same thing?

Here is another graph but it's fuel consumption vs. distance.
