http://www.gonemoab.com was last week. There was multiple trail damage and one Xterra rolled over and will likely be declared a total loss. Thank God there were no injuries. Judging from the damage in the pics, and the fact that the driver happened not to be wearing a seat belt at the time - its amazing nobody got hurt.Thousands of awesome pics and some videos of the action can be seen here:http://www.xterraownersclub.co...;f=59There was a brand new Titan there. Nissan brought it, and let some of their R&D guys drive it the whole week. Also one of the "show trucks" from SEMA was there and the owner actually wheeled it!

Please no internet back seat driving from the peanut gallery. The driver is very experienced and that was not his first trip to Moab. (In fact, he was one of the VERY FIRST KNOWN Xterra to make it up and thru the Hells Gate Obsticle at Moab.)He simply made a mistake, and he knows it and feels very badly about it. It's all part of the sport of off-roading.

Oh i see it now. Expected a shot of a car on it's roof. Yeah that's a lot of damage! Looks like they're trying to fix the engine on site...very impressive...maybe one day I'll buy an SUV to take to things such as that...looks like an awesome time...

It spent 2 hours on the roof. Then they flipped it back over (Video is very impressive, they flipped it and were able to lay it gently back on its tires)They had a Nissan Tech with them and they took apart the engine to repair it and get it started again. The truck was able to finish the trail the next day and is at a local body shop now.PM me if you want to see the video. I don't want to post a link for all to see (bandwidth issues) - but I'd be more than happy to show if you ask.
