Wow, time for a Vibe GT Turbo'd maybe? :):)

Post by Fialchar »

A friend of mine said he's been telling everyone about my car, and one guy is seriously thinking about buying my car for $27,000. If he does it (Prayin over it ) I can get a Vibe GT and put that T3 or T4 turbo under the hood, plus hook it up like my current Vibe is. I'm glad I started hangin out with this guy

No friggin clue, it's a 2003 base auto, that's just what my friend said the guy might be paying. I doubt I'll try to argue with him that my car isn't worth that much

He's got a mega sound system in it, but no matter how good it is, I really don't see it as boosting the value of the car by about $15K. So yes, why would this guy want to pay so much??

Maybe he's Canadian and is offering Canadian dollars for it?

It does sound almost too good to be true, doesn't it? Do you think I'm counting my chickens before they've hatched? I don't know if he's Canadian/American, I haven't met him, but there aren't many Canadians in Florida.

If its a super stereo system and the car is absolutely perfect, I could see maybe an offer of $17K, but not $27K. If they really want to offer that much for it, you better have it checked out because there is something about it that is highly unusual and very valuable.

Yeah... but 27k is what the Vibe GT is CAD... so why that amount for USD? And base for that matter? Maybe he wants it with all your current mods? GT rules though if you can get one.

They're very easy to get here! You just walk in the dealer, say "I want that one", and in less then 5 minutes you'll be signing a bunch of papers to make it yours!

I asked my friend tonight, he says he hasn't heard from him yet but it's nly been one day. If it doesn't happen I won't be too disapponted (It does sound a bit fishy : ) but if it does I'll kiss a donkey and run through town naked

Also, the police don't like when you do this. Apparently, the bakery downtown was open at 4:00am and the lady called the cops. OOPS!Keep us updated on this stuff man, and let him know I'd be willing to sell mine also if he wants another one

The friend of mine is a manager at a shell station, I asked him if he had any wrd and he said he hadn't seen him lately. Apparently the guy is one of his regular customers. I was under the impression it was a friend of his. I guess it could still happen, just not as likely >.O
