Bad Exhaust

I have noticed that many people have been making complaints about performance of their vibe after they made changes to their exhaust. I just wanted some more opinions on headers and cat-back... good or bad... you tell me

I added my cat back at around the same time that I added my intake so I am not sure if there was any powerloss or gain. My guess is that something as tame as a new exhaust will not show any significant gains or losses unless it is something heavly customized. Just my opinion.
