I was leaving WalMart tonight after doing a little quick shopping and as I headed toward the checkout lanes, I noticed this particular fellow behaving a little strangely. He was a tallish black man in his mid 50's I'd guess, and very thin. I noticed him because as he headed down the aisle in my direction, his head was kinda wondering around while looking up at the ceiling. I thought for a second that possibly someone was conducting a modern Milgram study or something, then I gave in and looked up as well. Nope, nothing unusual or particularly interesting up there---there was definately something wrong with this guy. I kept walking, figuring if he tried anything funny toward me as I passed I should be able to take him down pretty easily. I slowed a bit as I continued walking and the guy took a sudden turn into the women's underwear and nightie section. He began looking over these items intensely (his eyes got real big like he'd never seen such things before and was throroughly amazed). Then he started touching the stuff and talking to it--I'm not friggin' kidding, he was actually talking to women's undergarments in WalMart!!! Well, sort of mumbling to them as I couldn't make out what he was saying and I wasn't about to stick around and ask. As I walked past (much more quickly now), I tried to pretend that I didn't notice him. I'm thinking to myself "man, who let this head case out of the nuthouse" and then as I walked down the aisle that he had just walked up a few moments before, I noticed a very distinct smell. And rather strong as well. It was the smell of burning pot. This wacko decided to get all high off his a$$ and make a trip (no pun intended) to WalMart at 1:00 AM and ended up talking to women's underwear!!! Holy crap, I think I need to buy a gun.

My friend Ashley used to work for K-Mart and on friday when the mexicans come into town from the tobacco farms... one was found wacking off in the ladies section and tried to come on her when she caught him in the act. She is a beautiful young woman but at the time was 15 and it was so disgusting. The guy got thrown out of the store and the farmer was notified, the mexican got sent back home.

My wife and I were stationed in VA last year and had an interesting experience. It was a Super Wal-mart and as usual, really busy even for late at night (open 24hrs). We were waiting patiently in line and moving forward little by little. Then just before we get to the checkout, some loud-mouthed ebonics talking woman cut in front of the couple behind us. They got into a big argument and the lady ended up just leaving. So, we checked out and the couple behind us checked out a minute later. When we got into the parking lot the lady was there waiting for the couple behind us. Needless to say, we booked it out of there. While in VA also, I had a job at an Olive Garden there. This guy I worked with had a second job at that same Wal-mart. He got fired from the Wal-mart for doing pretty much the same thing as that lady. He was pissed at the manager so he waited outside the store for the mangar to leave and he jumped him. He was sent to jail, didn't "call out" of work at the Olive Garden, and was subsequently fired from there too. God am I GLAD to be out of Virginia.

Which Wal-Mart is that? I'm staying away from there. Just a little to weird for my reality tastes. I am however curious, when will they run you guys in a dedicated wal-mart customer commercial?

Well anyways, no, it wasn't the one in North Versailles. It was the new one in West Mifflin up behind Century III mall. LOTS of "interesting" characters there, so I usually go there late at night to avoid this sort of thing. The trashy people that ride the bus and hang out at that super WalMart all day so they don't have to pay for heating and electricity keep causing problems for that store. It was built all alone on top of a bit of a hill and the bus used to stop at the bottom of the driveway that leads up to the parking lot. Well these lazy idiots kept stealing the shopping carts to ride them down the hill to the bus stop and just kept piling them up down there. You'd ride by at night and see this big pile of carts on the side of the road that were turned upside down and stuff. I think the snow plows hit into some of them when removing snow and they would also blow around in the street when it was windy. So because these jerks had to cause such a big problem about this, the bus company had to pay to put in a big bus stop up in the WalMart parking lot near the front of the store to ship these miscreants in and out of the place. So I like to go there late at night after the buses stop running there. Its a real shame because the store is still pretty new and looks nice and they do a good job of keeping it clean and orderly.

I will be going back to that WalMart tonight. I'll be sure to report any strange findings. Maybe I'll take my digital camera this time.
