I'd be pretty leery about this.1. Absolutly NO WAY could it add more than 5 HP to a Vibe, and likely less if anything at all.2. if it did add power, you would likely need premium fuel.3. Would want a ironclad assurance that it would work on the Vibe.4. How do you know when you have the timing "just right"? 5 degrees too much spark advance would be almost impossible to detect without a dyno, but could be plenty enough to melt pistons. (see #5.)5. How can they guarantee it won't hurt the engine, when it's very easy to destroy one with too much spark advance?6. A custom-tuned piggyback computer system like Hope's (trd Vibe) adds very little to a completely stock Vibe, and I'm pretty sure what gains it does achieve are from richening the fuel mixture, not advancing the spark.

Hey....Just a little advice...don't waste your time or money. Firstly, that mod does work....but for a measley 1 or 2 measurable horsepower....providing its above 57 degrees outside...if its colder than that then you will actually lose power. Yes you need to run premium fuel with it also. Don't waste your time...its not worth it and in my experience w/ other cars it will set the Check Engine light on after a short while and then if you want to keep using it you have to keep reseting your CEL (check engine light). Not worth your efforts....trust me!-Phil
