I've seen this topic here a couple of times when I searched, but none of them had any resposes, so I figured I'd ask it again. Does anybody know how to wire the factory 6-disc in-dash CD changer so that you can have either two rca outs or a 3.5mm out for an mp3 player (specifically my iPod). I'm really anxious to figure out how to do this because all of my music is on my iPod. Thanks for the help.
It can't be done. The radio is not configured internally to accept an external input.Sorry to disappoint.Only way to do it is an FM Modulator...which, if you're not interested in upgrading your HU, would not be a bad idea...

I'd go with Mike's opinion. Stay with Pioneer or Alpine. Keep in mind that many of the Pioneer units will need a seperate AUX IN adapter. You can get one for $29 that will let you add the XM tuner and an aux, or one for I think $50 that'll let you have XM tuner, CD Changer, and aux.It ranges from unit to unit...

Justin --If you get the external XM tuner box, you can just use the IP bus in on the box to add on another device, right? Daisy chaining? Same concept behind USB (or at least originally that was the plan for USB lol)
