obviously I bought them for summer show and summer driving performance. Didn't know they would come in handy for the winter months, until I notice that I no longer had to drive like a penguin. Even with these weak Conti's my Vibe handles very well in the snow so far up to 6 inches, but still that is a great improvment from last winter when I couldn't even make a turn without sliding all over the place. If you were considering and have snow in your neck of the woods GET THEM!Tommorrow's test 8 inches of snow..I'll keep ya posted

My worn out Continentals are real bad in the snow and slush. I need to get some new tires soon. I may give myself a "snow day" tomorrow. I agree a stiffer suspension will give you more feedback as to what the car is doing.
I was awesome yesterday. My only problem is taking off. I just have to pump the pedal to keep the traction up. But as far as turns and such it's great. I was really worried about that because the roads are real narrow in Oakland County and I've seen one too many a car fall victim to "THE DITCH"!
Mine handles great in the snow and its a base vibe and we received 6 inches of snow here tuesday. a couple of more inches and I'm sure i would have been plowing snow.
