Did you get your key code from the dealer

I just realized I didn't get my key code from the dealer when I picked up my Vibe on Wednesday -are the dealers keeping them these days? I'll call tomorrow to see what the deal is. Love my Vibe -King Neptune.

Congrats on the wheels I'm sure you will love them as much as the rest of us do. I got mine two weeks ago.Anyway your code for cutting a new key should be attached to the spare key. It will be a small silver tag. Least thats how mine was in Canada here.Otherwise your purchasing dealer can always give you the code, as the owner they can not keep it to themselves. Parts can also get it off your VIN and will do so as long as you can prove you own the car.

No prob. Neptune was the colour I was thinking about but ended up getting totally sold on the Fusion colour which looks really good with my tinted windows. I'll get pics up soon but you should get pics up of your car for us all to see.Show it off man

I had the key code tag after all - I didn't notice it on the key ring I gave to my wife. Anyway I'm glad to be part of the Vibe vibe.

I think in the states it's on a white tag with a barcode...

mine was on a small metal tag on the spare keyring
