Hmmm, by that article, they make it sound like it has the standard WRX engine. I like the interior, but have mixed feelings about the exterior changes.The ebay price is so low because the reserve has not been met. The car won't sell for that price, especially if they are claiming that the car is worth $33K. I never heard of the WRX Spec R1, but it seems like a neat concept.

True it is real. It was also only available in Canada-90 sedans and 35 wagons. Though those lights were not standard. Also this was before they released the STi version of the WRX in North America.
