My wife purchased her Vibe this past February, opting for the GT model because of the manual tranny. There were a few issues with the car, mostly linked to quality control. The interior sunroof cover "dragged" when it was opened and closed. The fabric cover began to show wear very quickly and the entire cover was replaced after three trips to the dealer. The small storage compartment under the gear shifter popped open at the slightest bump. The latch was replaced. The "chrome" tailpipe tip rusted only weeks after delivery and was replaced with a higher quality after market piece. The front passenger door rubbed on the quarter panel when the door was opened and closed. The door was adjusted/rehung at the local GM bodyshop.

I pretty much have the same car as your wife (GT, Abyss, Moons, Power). Mono or Two-tone?I have not had any of the problems you describe. Several people here have complained about the center storage compartment popping open. I'm glad to hear that most of your items were fixed under warranty.
My wife chose the two-tone, I would prefer the mono...I forgot to mention that the windshield developed a crack in the upper passenger side corner after only a few hundred miles. The dealer refused to cover the item under warantee, stating that the damage could have been the result of road debris. However, the crack originated from under the weatherstripping and the auto glass shop discovered a burr where the glass seats within the opening that caused the crack. We were later reimbursed for the cost after getting the dealership owner involved.
