One day we were talking and the Greek was telling us about a friend of his who is a "Greek FOB". That took me by surprise cause, all these years I thought that the term "FOB" was strictly used for asians. I had never heard it used for Greeks before. So I asked the Greek, what does FOB mean? He goes, "Fresh Off the Boat". Yup, its the same term that asians use. So I wondered, did the Mexicans use the term too. "Fresh Over the Border" perhaps? I was going to ask the mexican friend, but at the last second I thought to myself that it may not be the "most appropriate question to ask". So I kept my mouth shut. Any FOB's out there? Greek or otherwise?

At first I was like fobman? But I didn't get it.Now that you gave me the whole "fresh off the boat" story, I get it now!I like the Austin Power's spoof at the end. Quite amusing.
