etrailer.com is showing two different hitches available for the vibe now. Take a look.Looks to me like the Hidden Hitch may not hang as low as the Draw Tite one, but I haven't found any good pictures yet. Hoping one of you guys have already tried it out...
Well -- I've got the Hidden Hitch one installed, and I can tell you it looks good. Almost invisible - earns the name. Solid, and works really well.Towed at 1000lb trailer this summer on vacation, and can't complain about anything. Now - I've never seen what the Draw Tite one looks like installed so can't comment on that one.

I also have the Hidden Hitch on my Vibe and have used it all summer with my bike rack - I love it.Quote, originally posted by Altus »Now - I've never seen what the Draw Tite one looks like installed so can't comment on that one. Here are pics of the Draw-Tite hitch:http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=784
Here's a farther back shot of the Hidden Hitch installed on AtWork's Vibe at the Ohio Rally this past summer.http://nicksimkins.com/vibe/oh...6.htmAlso, mention promotional code "Genvibe" when checking out and you may still be able to receive a discount on your purchase from etrailer.com.
Thanks everyone. I did a search for trailer hitch but it only came back with threads about the draw tite one.I think I'll be ordering the hidden hitch shortly.
I am going to have to look into getting one as well. I've been wanting to get one so I can tow my jet ski again. I didn't get to use it at all this summer because I had no hitch. I have to wire up the lights as well. One of the guys I work with and I were snooping around the Vibe to find the best way to do trailer light wiring. We found that there is a wire harness inside the rear hidden compartment on the driver's side (the taillamp access panel). You could get a "T" wiring adapter and plug it right in there for trailer wiring. No splicing needed!
