Anyone else wish our wipers pivoted from the other side? When the right wiper archs to the left, it ends right in my line of sight. Besides the wiper being annoying, the junk the wiper carries over to that point adds to the distraction. The passanger has a clear view.....I'm assuming the car came off a drawing board in Japan where they are right hand drive.
I've ridden in the passenger seat of the vibe when the wipers were needed, and you'd have to be pretty short to have good visibility with the limited amount of the windshield that the right wiper clears over there. The right wiper might put stuff in front of you, but then the left wiper pushes it down and out of the way. Over on the right side, the wiper just doesn't clear enough of the windshield, so I think it is definitely a lefthand drive setupYou can adjust the position of the wiper, but I don't think you can adjust the amount of travel. Maybe if you get the right wiper park either significantly higher or lower than it is right now, you might be able to get it to not stop in the most annoying spot. Thanks a lot It never bothered me before, but now that you have mentioned it, I'll notice it every time from now on

When I first started driving, it really bothered me when I am making left turns onto a divided road.It doesn't bother me as much now but I still don't like it.Say, what if the wipes were mounted at the top of the wind shield and works like Caravan ?

It's not as bad as whoever pointed out that while TRD stands for Toyota Racing Division, TRD rhymes with bird, and now I can't see it any other way anymore Oops, I better be careful because the stay on topic police will be after me if I'm not careful. So, to get back on topic, how about if the right wiper movement was a mirror image of the left wiper movement. That way, the wipers sould meet in the middle instead of overlapping right in front of the driver, yet would still reach up to clear the maximum ara in front of the driver. I hate it when my pen runs out of ink
