Hi guys. New to this board and I wanted to say that it looks real good. I've got a couple of questions for everyone. First of all, I'm going to be doing upgrades on an as-needed, or really, as cash-allowed basis. I do have a GT w/ the Moons and Tunes package and here are my thoughts and opinions and would appreciate anyone chiming in:1. I would like to first add my old subs and amp that I took from my other car. They are 2 10" alumapro's in seperate boxes and an Alpine TRV-m707 amp. What's the easiest way to figure out how to get into the stock head-unit? 2. I'd like to replace all of the 6 1/2's and the tweeters in the front: Does anyone know the mounting depths of the front two speakers and what will fit in the tweets? 3. Someone on this board said that the external amp is under the passenger seat....Is that true and how come I can't find mine? That's it for now....thanks everyone

The 115V power inverter is under the drivers seat and the 200W audio amplifier is under the front passenger seat. Slide the passenger seat all the way forward, and look under from the back door. Should be there if you have one. It's on a bracket, I think it keeps it off the floor, but below the seat bottom. Spent some time looking and I can't find a picture here of the stock M&T amp.
Mine is installed under the driver seat. I have a JL 300/4 that fits pretty snugly. The floormat does sit on top of it though...so you need to warn the people who sit behind the driver not to step on it too much!http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id ... ge=2Scroll about halfway through this thread. It has pictures of the amp, as well as my Polk EX350 Components in the front.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram of the car? I mean a quick little sketch that shows power and other information from the Headunit to the amps to the lines to the speaks? Desi
