Drove a SC Vibe.

Post by goodvibe »

I got to drive a SC Vibe at the Chicago area GM Auto Show In Motion yesterday. These impressions are only for an auto. Power delivery is very good, even and extremely well suited to the auto. You can here it but it's subdued. I'm nuetral on the sound not really sporty but kinda cool. Perfomance wise, I think the GT would take it even at launch but remember this is an auto SC. I suspect a manual would beat a GT to 30 mph after which the GT would catch it but there is no way to tell as that (removed) dyno can fool you and there wasn't a stick to drive. Driving a base suspended Vibe again made me very aware that the GTs shocks are definitly firmer. If you've got an auto Vibe/Matrix and would like a little more go, the SC gets a big
Vibe GT, TRD springs, Progress bar, STB, Unichip, Borbet E 16x7.5, 225/50 Bridgestone RE750, beefed up grounds and battery bypass capacitors(had em laying around)
