The good:
-Car has been in my family since it was purchased new. Has been well taken car of/not abused.
-Just put brand new tires on it in December 2025.
-A/C works, and works well.
-Front and rear facing dash cameras installed that are integrated well.(No camera facing the internal cabin.)
-Bluetooth connected radio. Though it doesn't have a microphone attached currently.
-Still runs. Was regular daily driver until noticed some issues this morning and took it to the shop. Made the tough decision that it's time for me to move on.

The bad:
-Needs some repairs, many are fairly DIY friendly, but I no longer have the time and have decided to just get a newer car. Critical ones I believe are belt tensioner and serpentine belt, valve cover gasket and spark coils. Probably the one CV axle they noted in the attached inspection report, though I have not noticed it being an issue as of yet.
-See attached inspection report and photos.
-The P0440 EVAP system code I have been driving on for a year+. It seems to be a false positive or a non-issue. No foul smelling exhaust or other issues could be found. Cylinder misfire code is new and resolution noted.

Welp, couldn't resist. Going to replace the spark plugs, ignition coils, PCV, and valve cover gasket... Still plan to sell it though if anyone is interested.
