hitch mounted carrier for full-size spare

I'd like to have more space in my car and want to carry the full-size spare I normally carry around, but on a rear hitch mounted carrier. Anybody do this? ANyone have a carrier for sale or where to get one? Fold away would be great...

amazon sells lots of them, but they all seem to be for 2" hitches, and I've only ever seen 1 1/4" hitches for Vibes
